Nathan's 4yrs old Birthday - Cars

This cake is made for Nathan's Birthday. He likes Cars so much. His birthday theme is all about Cars.

This is how it looks after carved & covered with icing. Quite challenging.

Covering the cake with frosting icing. It is Madeira Cake inside. I use 2 x 8" square tins. Whereas the Car uses half 8" rectangular tin.
I spent 1.5 days to make the cake.

Newborn Baby Girl Melody

My lovely couple of friend have just had a baby girl. Her name is Melody, such a unique name.
I make these cupcakes just for her coming into the world.

These are Vanilla Cupcakes with just simple toppers.

Chocolate Cupcakes with Spun Toffee

This time I have chocolate & toffee leftover from Lamington & Strawberry Sponge that I made a few days before. I feel wasted to throw them. So I just make these cupcakes. Add self-raising flour, eggs, sugar & rum. I don't have the recipe...Use ready whipped cream as the topping & the leftover toffee.

Hm...they are delicious & moist eventhough no recipe :D
