I make 3 kinds of truffles here.
- Chocolate
- Caramel (with white choco topping)
- Rum (with real liquor)
My hubby loves the caramel one soooo much that he can finish it in few days...
He wants to finish 'em all! Lucky I don't like white chocolate. Good for you Mark
