This is one of famous cookies in Indonesia. Originally it comes from Germany for a classic cookie. The main ingredient for this cookie is Sagu/Sago/Tapioca. It also contains shredded cheese in it. After baked, the cheese is very crunchy.Spritz Cookie is a good companion for tea.
The shape of this cookie should be like a small flower. I just want to modify the shape, so I use heart cookie cutter instead.
